Sunday Fun in the Garden

It's still a sunny Monday down here on the Island,
and just enjoying every moment.
Yesterday was dirt day for all, including mom.
Thank you mom for starting it for us.
It was a very productive Sunday and both my honey and I can't help but look outside,
breath the fresh air and just enjoy the finished product of all that hardwork.
There's indeed nothing like having something growing to take care of.
Except for a few tiny living things I found throughout the day...
Poor guy got trapped on the deck. After a few shots, my honey freed him right away. Hope he lived.

Then we had our quick breakfast after having our morning fresh brewed coffee with mom.
Normally, on a Sunday, my honey takes his chef throne and make either his famous flavoured pancakes,
with blueberries or waffles complete with fruits, bacon and sauces.
This Sunday is one exemption because after the game on Saturday night,
finishing a bagful of chips and beers, who needs a full breakfast!?
By the way, it's Hockey tonight! And they are in Boston!!! Go Canucks Go!!!!
Did you know that KARMA makes this brand now? Pretty good...
So off we went to today's job: weeding (thanks mom, again for getting it started).
Or we wouldn't have done the fence.
And because of this new family, I kinda forced my honey to put this fence temporarily or,
all greens will be devoured from this whole garden!
By the way, I just took this photo as of this writing. I was on my way to upload
photos I don't have here upstairs, when I saw these 3 at the front door!
Invasion of privacy, totally!!!!
I would rather have this little guy invading the whole garden. Aside from being cute, he works so hard.
In fact, I found him a playmate on the other side this morning....

I'm not sure about this one but they seem to come around esp late in the afternoon.....
Oh well, that ends my greenery pasture story, whatever that means. It just rhymes....
Speaking of rhymes, here's an old dictionary I took this morning for Day6: BOOKS.
See my IPad in the background? That's actually my "book" for this era.

Happy reading!
