Happy Jeans Day!

Let's see.... Thought it'd be easy to just put my jeans and rush to the door for work coz today, I vowed to be there way before everyone had punched in. What I didn't realize is that when there's a dress code to follow, wearing your jeans is not as easy as putting a pair of jacket and trouser, specially if you are standing barely five feet and have to fold up those jeans in three.

So, after a few tops and sweaters, in different shades and length, I had to grab my fave black sweater hanging downstairs ( thank God it's dry!), from the mudroom and my ankled boots and voila! The additional height and the cover in my flat buttom solved it all. Off I went to work and thought I'd share more photos of my morning feat with jeans day- and what not to wear at work!

Again, a million thanks to all of you who enjoyed the photos from our class. I had fun reading all the comments from one blog to another and off I go to visit more. Who's with me?

My Day in Photos

New Look, New Inspiration....

With new hope and this new class, I finally took this time today to spring clean my blog space.
I kept the pink shades because it's my favorite and I put back a photo behind the title. Still need some tweaking ( I can hear screams out there!)
Notice how I deleted my photo on the top left corner? Instead, I replaced it with texts because it feels more personal and feels like I am actually talking to you to give you this warm welcome to come in and stay for a while. How do you like it that way?
If you haven't, click on any colored texts (see know me how it's highlighted?), you'd be surprised how many photo links you will find on that welcome spot alone and in a short while, you will get tired of watching my face everywhere, so thought I'd leave that to your discretion and get down to the contents of this blog space. Shall we? I would like to give you a tour where everything is, before we start fresh if you have a minute?
I left the "welcome photo" as part of my title and where everything happens in this blog. If you may, you can click on it and you will be taken to another world that may be of interest to some of you.
I'm still not 100 percent sure if I should leave the blog archive and labels, just in case I get new visitors and would like to know where Little One originated from and when....or maybe not? Anyone???
I left only two folders for my photos, one from Picasa and another from Flickr. Feel free to click away.
I'm a die hard fan of scrapbooking classes although I don't consider myself a true and true scrapbooker. So I am leaving photos of my projects here in honor of my classmates and this very talented teacher who has been a great influence and inspiration to all that you've been reading in my blog.
Down below, I would like to share with you other inspirations like the blogs I follow religiously everyday, (sssh! none of them know that) and the shops I go to online for my artsy collection.
Then of course, the most inportant of all, the body that occupies most of this blog space and the reason why Little One has to stay!
For those of you who are having a hard time commenting, I hope I made it as simple as possible this time. Please remember to "Choose an Identity" before you "Publish your Comment", when leaving a comment. And yes, you can be anonymous if you may choose but I would still love to hear from you. And I really appreciate your ideas, your comments, your time and...
thank you so much for keeping up with me all this time.
Tomorrow, we're in for a surprise as part of our class at Shimelle's BBFS so don't miss it.
Until then my blog friends, thank you and oh, Hockey Canada is on soon. Who's cheering with me? Vancouver better win tonight or I am switching team ;)...

Welcome back!

Welcome, welcome! And that means welcome to myself to the blog world and to you who may have wondered all along if this little one decided to totally abandon blogging for good.
Honestly, I wasn't sure myself if I will be able to gather the courage to resume or leave blogging for good. So I intend to make this a short post and invite you dear patient readers (is anyone out there? helllllooooooo!) to please give me your opinion. Should I or shouldn't? If you scroll down below at the end of this post, did you know that if you click the "Comment", it will actually lead you to a window where you can tell me what you think? No need to sign in or enter those weird word verifications that used to give you a hard time saying hi. So one click is all you need to do and I would really love for you to send me a bit of love here in my little blog world. I'm even taking this class (which starts today), just for my blog's sake. I think it's worth saving, don't you? Afterall, we already shared more than a year of good relationship here (at least I think we did), so don't you think we should go ahead and keep it going? Yes? Ok, so I would love for you to do me a big favor and I will highly appreciate it if you take your time, just a little time of your 24 hours to click that "comment" section and tell me:

1. Do you want me to keep this blog or not?
2. Do you (whose name is on my email list) want to keep receiving a copy of each post or not?
3. What did you miss about "Little One" (as part of keeping what we already started here)?
4. What else do you want me to improve, post, tell you about?

I'd say those four are more than enough questions to fill in the comment box so I will wait for you before the next episode. Shall we give it until the end of this week and maybe start fresh in time for Easter Sunday? Deal? How about a little give away? Whoever send me a comment will get a spot on my mailing list for upcoming posts. And the biggest gift is to give each and everyone of your ideas a spot on my blog. And there will be more coming up. So, it's your turn my dear friends. Welcome back again! And thank you.
