Hello Monday

How are you so far? As I promised you, I will be sharing some pictures of my Olympics Adventure. So to cut to the chase, here are a few of the pictures taken on my way to my first shift this Sunday at the Westin Bayshore. It's also the first day where the International Olympics Committee Executive Board meet for their five days'122nd IOC Session. I had the pleasure to meet Mr. John Furlong, Chief Executive Officer of VANOC in person, among others....  Enjoy!

You hardly see Waterfront this quiet and clear of vehicles on a normal day. This whole area was one of the roads blocked in Vancouver downtown for the Olympics season.
Canada Place is almost ready!

Granville Street is a major closure downtown, here,

and here. As you can see, there are a few artworks on display for your viewing pleasure.
And if you want to see more, I will be posting a link here and will do my best to keep you posted. Meanwhile, have a great week and cheers!
