Where have I been?

Hello there folks!

Wow, time flies! We're halfway thru January and where did all the time go? Where have I been after all those times? Where have you been? What have you accomplished so far now that you are done doing your New Year's list of resolution? Or does anyone even bother to make one nowadays? I don't remember recording one for myself in black and white. In fact, everytime the 12:00 strikes to the new year, I keep a prayer to myself with the hope that the next year would be better than the previous one: no specifics or whatsoever. I just know that by the closing of the last month, everything has come to a pause and everything has another chance to start anew and better. That's the way I look at it.

So where did we leave the last time? Oh yeah, we finally got rid of the tree after enjoying the lights for a while there. And can you believe that after tidying and cleaning up, I managed to set up my scraproom downstairs? I may just be blabbing here for those of you who can't relate but hey, this is my first scraproom ever and gotta give this girl a pat on the back for finally having it organized. Kudos to my honey because without him, there won't be any spot for me to download all my scrappy collection that I've been hoarding for the last two years. You should see the 2nd batch of empty boxes he threw out for me. Yupp! everything in boxes within those two years I started this hoarding, I mean hobby. How did I come up with it and why? That my friends, you should see this cool free on-line class by who else but the ever pretty Ms. Shimelle Laine. It will give you some idea why people like us love to put photos into pretty papers and then some.....

Want to see some photos of my absence? Thought you might just want to see some random acts and not another long journal to read. Ok, until next time.Ready? say cheese.......

I hate to say it but this is what I've been up to most of the time.....

And this is where we left off on New Year's Eve.

Remnants of Christmas morning in our jammies...

One other tradition: having Randy over to finish off what's left in the kitchen.

And my personal Favorite: shop for good deals after the holidays and this my friends, was a steal from the Thrift store closeby. I even walked my way there just to see what they had and I went home with full load.
Last glance of the holidays.....

And off it goes... see you next time. Hope you're having a good start to the year. Hugs.
