A la continuacion of the Summer in Photos

Just to let you know that I am backdating the posts on these three parts of summer in photos.
I just wanted to share them here as part of the essence of my blog and NOT to confuse you with the dates.
Currents: it's officially fall season on the island with this gloom and doom wet weather and warm foggy feel floating on air right now. I was actually chatting on FB last night with a very good friend and mentioned how he hates this kind of weather and how I was trying to encourage him to look at the bright side.
The only bright side I saw so far were the mixed colored leaves falling on the ground and around trees.
REason why I am still having this summer hang-over. Shall we go ahead?
Remember I mentioned that I take photos as soon as we even start leaving the house,
while my honey is busy making friends?
Proof of the matter is....
For some reason, I couldn't find the photos I took of them together while on the ferry.
They even exchanged business cards, oh well!
 This is the day after....
The ferry ride from Mill Bay to Brentwood Bay took only 15-20 minutes.
For those who want to avoid the Malahat drive, (which apparently blew it for Vancouver,
the culprit for placing Vancouver on the 4th place for the best liveable city in the whole world,
after long years of the acclaimed 1st best city!),
this is your safer option: to take the ferry to take you to Victoria.
Since it was on our way home, we had time to stop by Chemainus,
a small town renowned for its Murals.
Read more about these beautiful Murals here...
This was my 2nd visit to see and take photos of these murals on the wall.
We had better photos on the 1st visit with mom which I may post later.

These are my most favorite: the post office and this telephone, complete with this bicycle!

Oh yes, and you will find different colors of painted shops too!

Very artistic signs in front of each shops...

 In Chemainus, it's Christmas everyday!

 Leave your maps behind, because
these painted steps will lead you the way....
Ok folks, I think I'm ready for fall now.
Are you?
